First I must say this won't take the virus away from your body. But with this you will be able to control the outbreaks making them almost non-existent. I'll tell you right away how to do it, this is free after all. When in the shower, make the water really hot, so that you should be able to hold the skin under it, but just for a few seconds (5-15). Place the part of the skin where the outbreak is starting or already established directly under the shower water, it might itch or hurt. If or when it hurts too much, take it out of the water. Repeat this a few times. After the shower the itch should go away, you may need to repeat this in the shower one or two times. The outbreak should stop then. Never scratch the place. Use the palm of your hand slightly if it itches too much. The way this works is it disrupts the virus cycle in some way, maybe it kills it. Never hurt yourself, take your skin out of the water if it's too hot. I'm not responsible for any injuries caused by this method, use it at your own risk.
